When will you release XYZ Airport?
Due to the nature of product development we will not provide release dates until we are satisfied with the product. A rough timeline may be provided but this is subject to change at any time.
How do I download my purchased product?
Once you have purchased a product, you can redownload it at anytime from your My Account Page under the downloads tab.
In this area you will see all orders through us.
If you’re are missing a product, firstly check that you are logged into the correct account. If you are, please contact our team to have this investigated.

How do I install my purchased product?
Thank you for purchasing your Impulse Simulations product. Once your download is complete from the downloads section under My Account, please copy all folders enclosed within the provided (.zip) file(s) you may exclude the provided PDF.
The files need to be copied into your simulators community folder, this will be wherever you normally install add-ons & liveries.
Where Can I find my community folder?

If you are unable to locate your appdata folder, the quickest way is to press “windows key” (+) “R” to open the run window then proceeding to type the following.
