Migrating Products from Orbx

We’ve parted ways with Orbx.

Hi All,

After almost 3 years Impulse Simulations has made the decision to no longer publish through Orbx.

You’ll be able to purchase our airports directly through our site or the official MS Marketplace with the addition of iniBuilds, Contrail and Flightsim.to and possibly others soon to follow.

Customers who have purchased through Orbx will still be able to download their purchases; however, as of today, they will no longer receive further updates.

That said, those of you who have purchased through Orbx can transfer your products to Contrail. The details on how to do are below.

Both parties have decided to part ways for commercial reasons.

Migrate to IniBuilds (Requires Manual Review)

TRANSFER FROM ORBX TO INIBUILDS

Transfer Via: https://forms.inibuilds.com/order-transfer

STEP 01
Click Start Transferring >> Input Impulse Simulations as Developer for Transfer >> Input Purchase Location (ORBX) >> Select Products you want to Migrate >> Upload Proof Of Purchase & Click Next

STEP 02
Input Name >> Email Account for Orbx Account >> Order Number / Invoice / Transaction ID (separated by commas) >> IniBuilds Account Email >> Click Next & Read Over legal info >> ONLY IF YOU AGREE. CLICK ‘I AGREE’ AND THEN SUBMIT

NOTE: THIS IS A MANUALLY APPROVED TRANSFER, I DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE TIME TO CHECK IT EVERY DAY. PLEASE BE PATIENT. IF IT HAS BEEN OVER 24 HOURS CREATE A TICKET.

Once you have your products if you would like product specific roles provide a screenshot of your account via ⁠create-ticket in our discord and we’ll sort it out.

Migrate to Contrail (Automated)

TRANSFER YOUR PRODUCTS FROM ORBX TO CONTRAIL

SYSTEM ORDER APPROVAL IS NOW AUTOMATIC.
YOU MUST HAVE A CONTRAIL ACCOUNT

Select Impulse Simulations > Select Orbx > enter your Orbx order email & then enter your order numbers on separate lines if you have more than one.

NOTE: THIS TRANSFER THE SYSTEM IS NOW AUTOMATIC, HOWEVER IF YOUR SUPPLIED ORDER DOESN’T QUITE MATCH WHAT WE HAVE IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME FOR A MANUAL APPROVAL.

PLEASE ALLOW 12-24 HOURS FOR YOUR TRANSFER TO BE COMPLETED
